Here's three wide receiver fantasy match-ups with the great potential for week 12.
Dwayne Bowe vs. Buffalo
The
Chiefs may not win games but their offense is on a roll with young gunslinger Tyler Thigpen. Bowe is their best weapon. His size, speed and hands give him the ability for big plays no matter who's covering him. The best part, he's not Braylon Edwards. The
Browns found Edwards 8 times for 104 yards against the
Bills on Monday night. Bowe has better hands and should have a nice day at home against the
Bills. Projected 14-16 fantasy points.
Wes Welker vs. Miami
Matt Cassel has persevered to take control of the timing of the
Patriots offense. He threw for over 400 yards against the
Jets. Now that there is renewed trust in the passing game look for the
Patriots to spread the field. Welker will be the most consistent target against Miami. The
Dolphins will try to pressure Cassel and make him get rid of the ball. Welker has the speed and route running ability to destroy the
Dolphins. Projected 13-15 fantasy points.
Greg Jennings vs. New Orleans
The
Packers have rebounded by pouncing division rivals Chicago, 37-3 in week 11. Now they take the stage on Monday night against a fading
Saints squad that is 26th against the pass and has allowed 16 TDs. Jennings is poised to have a 100 plus yard day and a red zone target for Aaron Rodgers. Projected 14-16 fantasy points.
