well i think he proved that he is still the best golfer in the world even while injured. The guy is rediculous he is the most dominant athlete in sports.

HE'S DEFINITELY THE BEST GOLFER BUT YOU CANT COMPARE HIM TO OTHER ATHLETES FOR EXAMPLE COULD HE FILL IN FOR PEYTON MANNING AND THROW FOR 4,000 YARDS PLUS 30TD'S A YEAR NO JUST LIKE MANNING COULD'NT GOLF LIKE TIGER EACH SPORT HAS A DOMINANT ATHLETE YOU CANT SAY ONE IS MORE DOMINANT THAN OTHER SPORTS LIKE FOOTBALL, BASEBALL ,SOCCER BASKETBALL ,HOCKEY AND ALL THE MORE PHYSICAL SPORTS THESE SPORTS TAKE A TOLL ON YOUR BODY GOLF REALLY DOESNT DO NOTHING TO YOUR BODY HOW MANY TIMES DO YOU SEE 60 YEAR OLD GRAY HAIRED FOOTBALL PLAYERS OR BASKETBALL PLAYERS NEVER UNLESS THEY GET GRAY HAIR AT A YOUNG AGE BUT OLD MEN PLAY GOLF COULD TIGER EVER PLAY A REAL SPORT THAT TAKES ENDURANCE STAMINA SPEED AND SO ON I DONT THINK SO YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM IN A SPORT THAT OLD MEN ARENT SUITED UP NEXT TO HIM IN.

charged im sorry, but your train of thought there is wrong..can tiger play any sport..we dont know..he doesnt have to..how come no other athlete..such as charles barkley or michael jordan, cant hit a golfball or a baseball..bc its not what they grew up doing..tiger woods has been named the most fit athlete in sports 5 of the last 6 years. he has been the muscle and fitness cover boy many times for his vigourus work efforts..just like you have the comparisions in the NBA who will be the next michael jordan..PGA tries to get to
tigers head..tries to line up player after player to try to defeat him and they can not do it..how can you say golf cant take a toll on your body..yes its not physical like the others you named, but can you walk for 5 hours a day for 5 straight days..up hills down hills..through sand..it takes a toll on your body..im hurting after 18 holes of golf..now try 91 like he played on one leg..golf does more to your brain..and your mental aspect than any other sport there is..it mentally drains you..as much as it physically drains you..this is his job to win golf tournaments..like its peytons to throw for touchdowns..peyton will admit that he cant pick up a golf club and play like tiger..so why would we have to put tiger in his shoes..tiger woods is hands down the most dominant athlete in all sports..there is not even a close second..maybe roger federer in his prime until his recent slump..

golf is honestly a very very difficult sport, my dad is actually alot better then most people and he still shoots just over par on avg..until you have played TRUE golf you will realize how hard it is...its not just putting the ball in the cup cause if it was like that then all sports would be simple you have to be able to read the course and adjust your swing and putt with prescision and control also as PJ said it is a draining sport both physically and mentally. And yes golf must be physical or else tiger wouldnt have had surgery on his knee because of his powerful golf swing. He is without doubt the most dominateing athlete in sports......and also the richest and most reconized athlete on the planet.

pj im sorry but your wrong so michael jordan can play baseball and charles barkley can golf could they ever play football maybe a db but what happens when a blocker gets em from the side career ended they could never play football you say tiger is the most fit i highly doubt it thats why he's having knee surgery from playing golf tiger woods could never play any other sport but golf hes not michael jordan he's tiger woods

michael jordan can play baseball???? didnt he retire from the NBA for that, and realized he was batting 200 in the minor leagues and came back to something he played his whole life..charles barkley can play golf?? have you ever seen him swing???as i said golf is the most mentally draining sport there is..you think people cant get hurt playing golf..do you realize how the swing messes with your knees...tiger played this week with a stress fracture and needs ligament repair..an injury that most people cant walk from..here is the thing..you miss a basketball shot..you will get plenty more..you throw an interception, you will have plenty of time to make up for it...you strike out..you have more at bats..there are no redos in golf..there are no foul balls, no dropped passes..no free throws..you mess up on one hole..one shot..can cost you millions..
