The Browns suck whether Mangini is in there or not. The problem in Cleveland is not the coach or the GM, it is the owner and the INCONSISTENCY in the front office. Every time they start to go down a path they panic because the fans don't like it and they make another change. Phil Savage was bringing in more talent than Cleveland had seen since coming back and was building a team and should have been retained last year to keep some form of continuity in the front office. Then you go out and get a new head coach with your GM in place. Instead, they get the coach first and GM second, ass-backwards, and here is the result.
