If you want to compare careers, and what each means to the game, then obviously there is no comparison. However, if you want to compare the '08 projected stats, there could be an arguement. Eli knows his receivers, knows his offensive line, knows how the offense is run, and knows his playbook. Favre has a lot of adjusting to do and a lot to learn about a new team. Brett does not know his teammates, his team does not know him, he has to learn a new offense, and he is looking at a new playbook for the first time. I like Favre, but Eli could outproduce him in the upcoming season.
