ok if we are going by 40 yard dashes...devin hester is not the fastest player in the NFL so drop that point..he might be the fastest player during a game, but not the fastest as it comes to the 40 yard dash. the fastest recorded time at the NFL Combine is 4.25 seconds by cornerback Fabian Washington in 2005..so no his 40 time is not 3.9...someone looks much faster when you only see him 10-15 times a game on punt returns..so they are not used to seeing that speed on every down..i think reggie bush is the fastest player in the NFL..he is just as fast as hester.
