They wont drop dramatically, but they will lose a step. Derek was their mental leader, their vetaran. and now dee brown will have to step up to be the backup of deron williams. Miles and Brewer will not step up, they will still be quiet.

derek had to do whats best for him and we all know he made the right decision.as far as how will they fall, a lot..playoff experience, a player who can hit the big shot, a leader, and a champion..yes they are going to lose a lot..derron williams is going to have to step up even more now.
