OFFICIAL CONTESTANT RULES & REGULATIONS

FREE THE FAN CONTESTS ("Contests")

PROMOTION SPECIFIC DATES ARE LISTED ON EACH CONTEST HOME PAGE.

Registrants release and hold harmless Free The Fan, LLC, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any good received. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

Registrants agree to abide by the following general rules and regulations and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters:

1. Only one (1) Prize will be awarded per Contest. Limit 1 entry per person, household, and/or account per day. Winning Contestant will win Prize described on Contest Home Page. Potential contestants may enter a Contest as follows:
2. 1. Contestants must be members of Free The Fan. Potential contestants can log on to the Free The Fan web site ( www.freethefan.com) and then truthfully complete the sign up/registration forms online including entering a valid email address. By truthfully completing the registration and by agreeing to abide by these Official Contestant Rules, you become eligible to enter a Contest.
   2. Registration and sign up confirmation may be verified through email.
   3. To enter a Contest you must submit one original video under the category or headline as stated on the Contest Home Page. All web site entries must be made on or before the deadline listed on Contest Home Page. Videos must be original videos filmed, taped or recorded by person submitting the official entry. Contestants are solely responsible for correctly and timely entering and supplying all required entry information.
   4. Potential Prize winner(s) will be notified by e-mail within twenty-four (24) hours after the selection. Potential prize winner(s) may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of first attempted notification to receive their prize. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. Non-compliance with this time period may result in disqualification. Prize must be redeemed within one (1) month from the date of award.
3. One entry from a pool of those qualified persons who have correctly provided all necessary information and entry requirements will be selected as the Prize Winner. All decisions/selections shall be determined by officials and/or management of Free The Fan and shall be final. One alternate entry will be selected in the event the Prize Winner cannot meet any and all Contest requirements. The Prize Winner will be notified via e-mail.
4. Value of prizes vary by Contest but never exceed an APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") of $500. See individual Contest home pages for specific ARVs. Limit one Prize per Contest unless otherwise stated.
5. To be eligible to enter and win, you must be a legal resident of The United States of America and 18 years of age or older. Employees of Free The Fan, their related sponsors and their immediate family members, may not participate in, and are not eligible to win, any Prize awarded as part of the Contest. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
6. Any difficulties with getting to locations, or acquiring the means, to participate in the Contest are not the responsibility of Free The Fan. Free The Fan, LLC assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted registrations or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur.
7. The Prize Winner will be required to sign a Release form which, among other things, releases Free The Fan and its related or affiliated companies and other entities, and their representatives, owners, agents and employees, from any liability whatsoever related to the conduct of the Contest and/or the participation of any Winner in the Prize hereunder, before any Prize will be awarded. Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all applicable title fees, registration fees, and taxes including state, local, and federal taxes resulting from the award of any Prize, and therefore may be required to present a valid Social Security Card before claiming the Prize.
8. Winner, as a condition of winning any and all Prizes hereunder, shall acknowledge and agree that Free The Fan, and/or their related or affiliated entities, shall have the right to, without further authorization, publicize his or her name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that he or she is a Winner for promotional purposes, without financial remuneration.
9. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the Contest. Void where prohibited.
10. No goods other than those specifically listed will be awarded as Prizes. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the Contest and prizes awarded are non transferable. Failure to collect any prize constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, any prize will remain the property of Free The Fan. Another winner will not be selected, except as provided above.
11. Free The Fan reserves the right to make rule or Contest changes without notice and at any time, and reserve the right to change the aforementioned Contest date(s) without notice.
12. Any decision by Free The Fan management, in their sole discretion, in the interpretation and/or application of these rules shall be final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of Free The Fan, any judges, and the official rules.
13. If any Winner is found in violation of any one or more of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit any and all Prizes awarded.
14. Free The Fan, together with their related or affiliated companies and other entities, and their representatives, owners, agents and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award of or participation in any Prize(s).
15. Free The Fan, together with their related or affiliated companies and other entities, and their representatives, agents and employees, are not responsible for any changes to or difficulties in Prize delivery, or for any lost, stolen or misdirected entries.
16. The odds of winning are based on, and/or influenced by, the number of Contest entries.
17. Free The Fan and Free The Fan.com are registered marks, and participation in this contest in no way entitles any contestant to use any registered marks of Free The Fan or any of their related or affiliated companies or other entities without express permission.
