The only way Vandy has any shot at this is if Byars, Foster, Cage, and Gordon can get open and hit some three-pointers. Those guys have knocked down 22 combined threes in the first two rounds. But unless they are unbelievably hot it won't matter, because the combination of Hibbert and Green inside will stomp all over the Commodores. In there first meeting this year (an 86-70 Georgetown victory), Hibbert and Green scored 18 and 19 points, respectively. Look for more of the same dominance Friday night, as the Hoyas will move on to the Elite Eight.

Georgetown is just way too big for Vanderbilt. Let's not forget the Hoyas only lost once over the past 2 months and it was to Syracuse at the Dome. The Hoyas have just been destroying teams too. Look at that Big East title game when they killed a good Pittsburgh team by 23. Vanderbilt is much smaller than Pittsburgh too. I really see no way the Commadores can stop Green and Hibbert. They should have a field day inside, clean up the glass, and Green's defense on Byars should be more than enough. I agree with PJ...Gtown wins this one pretty easily. I see them with a double digit lead throughout most of the second half.
