Turkoglu signs with Portland
According to ESPN's Henry Abbott, swingman Hedo Turkoglu has reached an agreement in principle to join the Portland Trailblazers. The arrival of Turkoglu will put the Blazers on a small list of teams that will be picked to compete with the Lakers for the Western Conference title. His versatility combined with the talent surrounding him on the roster will make him a multi-category threat once again.

Roy, Turkaglu, and Aldridge make a good trio, throw in Oden(who can play defense), and the outside shooting of people like Blake, Outlaw, and Rudy(if they keep him), and they're a serious contender

they now can be a top 3 team(MAYBE),behind lakers and spurs.they will battle for that with Nuggets.

There defiantly not going to be a top 3 team but with Hedo, they can be a contender. But I still see the Lakers, Cavs, Spurs, and Celtics better then them. They got a lot of great young talent there and Hedo can big a great impact on this team
