Hopefully? This guy is an animal abuser and deserves what he gets. It's obvious to anyone who has followed it. Everyone pleads not guilty. He has money for lawyers, that's his best hope.

He is a hell of a ball player, and it will most definately hurt the Falcons if he is found guilty. But it does not look promissing for him. It shows poor judgement to be involved in these activities at any level, but even moreso to piss away the endorsements and salary that most can only dream about.
