darren mcfadden or denn9s dixon..im gunna go with dixon...i like his pose arm and how u he can run...he leads one of the top teams in the nation

who cares....this is just as bad as giving out midseason awards in the NFL...players can get hurt, have bad games, others can emerge and come out of nowhere. The last time I checked they have never given out a "real" award before the end of the season. So having said that, lets see who has the best stats, led their team to the perspectave championships and just...get it done at the END of the season. And if anyone thinks I'm rediculous in my logic, let me put in a way you all can understand it.....have you ever been given a raise based on your work performance before lunch?? or on the first half of the calender year?? I think not, if so then I want your job. But my point is, let these guys finsih out their "jobs" before we give them all the accolades.

all awards are based on regular season performances..just because they are not given out til after the playoffs doesnt mean its the same..Dirk won NBA MVP last year after 82 games, he choke in the playoffs...Arod has been given numerous regular season MVPs and choked or never made it to the playoffs...the reason they do it this way is because not all teams make it to bowl games or post season, you cant fault the guys who are on bad teams..but every award in every sport has and always willl be determined in the regular season..thats why the have conference and championship MVPS as well..

cdbigdaddy, this is nothing like a midseason award. if you knew anything about college football u'd know there are 2 week left in the season. now is the perfect time to start speculating about the heisman. get over yourself, maybe lighten up

I ll have to say it is going to be either Mcfadden, Ryan or Dixon. It is going to be a tough call but i would have to say that those three guys will finish in the order of 1,2,3. In what order that will be will be determined over the last few games of the year. But as of right now i would have to put Dixon first then Mcfadden , followed by Ryan.....That is as of right now but one of those three may have outstanding games the next couple of weeks and may put one above the other but i see those three finishing right behind one another....

I would have to say that i agree completely with markiemark. He has the same three guys that i think will finish Top 3 in the voting and agree that as of now Dixon is ahead of Mcfadden and Ryan as of right now,but who know like he said what they do these next weeks will cement there place in the voting....
