Although I like both quarterbacks I have to say that Romo will take the win against Green Bay. The
cowboys
have scored 20 points in every game even when Romo had the 6 turnovers against the
Bills
. Romo also has a lot of weapons to help him he has T.O., Crayton, Witten, Hurd, Jones, Barber, and so forth. He has speed and has accuracy at completing passes outside the pocket.

Farve without a doubt, he broke a lot of records this season along with leading the
Packers
to be in the top 5 teams this year.

Two great careers, at two different stages. Right now, it's Bretts' time to shine. He's at a stage in his career where he's put in the work season after season and is now reaping the benifits by surpassing the, now former, all-time greats. I feel Romos' time is still to come.

Savre is having a stellar year with less talent than Romo!! If GB can beat Dallas next week watch out!!!! Dallas is a very good team but with Romo you still have inexperience and that could hurt
Cowboys
in big games!! And we all know TO's baggage!! About time for him to implode!!!

Without a doubt Favre is having the better season. Where would the
Packers
be without him? It is not just about the stats, which are comparable, but the fact that Brett Favre is the unquestioned leader of a 1-loss Packer team that no one expected to contend. Both QB's extend plays and create big opportunities, but there is an intangible quality about Favre that has the
Packers
winning with far less talent (at least offensively). Romo has the best WR/TE combo in the league and a couple of solid running backs to work with; Favre is making young guys better. He's wringing out this team for all it's worth.

favre is doing way better then romo could ever do he has 22tds only 8ints and 3356 yards with a rtg of 105.5 and romo has 29tds and 13 ints 3043 yards and a rating of 102.3.... it might look even but in the long run favre is a way better QB then Romo can ever become favre has broken records and romo int close to breaking records and this is probly his best season ever

I think the question stated who is having a better "season." If that's the case then I would have to say Favre. Romo has had T.O and Whitten to throw the ball to and was able to build on that in the off season. Favre had Driver. The rest of the offense is young and very inexperienced with Jennings, Jones and Grant. Romo was put into a position to succeed with verterans and talent around him. Favre was put into a position where he HAD to make the players around him better. You can look at the numbers and see that they are very comparable, but Favre is doing more with less and if you were to switch them, the
Cowboys
would be in the same position while I think the Pack would be maybe 6-5. Also, the records that Favre is breaking has nothing to do with this question, the only record I think he has broken, season wise, is the one on Thanksgiving with 20 something straight completions. So, the TD record and yardage record have nothing to do with THIS season, that shouldn't even be factored in. I also think Favre should be the frontrunner, as of now, for the MVP, basically for the reasons I stated before, he has done so much more with so much less.

Id have to save Brett Farve, not only is he breaking records, but his passing percent is great and he hasnt thrown to many picks. Remember he is old to, so id have to say Farve is having his best season in his carrear.

If it's this year I really have to go with Favre. Romo can just throw bombs up in the air and TO or witten will come down with it. Favre definatly has to work harder for every completion. They say to have a great passing game you need a great running game. Well Romo has Barber who is one hell of a young running back, who does Favre have??? Ryan Grant......exactly...who the hell is Ryan grant lol??? This doesn't mean Romo and the
COwboys
don't beat the
packers
next week, but what I think is that Favre will make less mistakes in the crunch time, and more times then not he'll win. I've learned over the years that stats don't get you championships.....I'm a die hard Dan Marino fan, and I'll argue until i'm blue in the face that he is the best qb ever, but all someone has to do is say what about montana who has multiple championships, and elway, and aikman.......I can bring up stats but championships are really what defines a legacy. I'm not saying Romo doesn't have it in him to win a championship, but if I had to choose who I would feel would be more clutch and consistant....you have to go with Favre...plus he has already been there and done that.....Like everyone else is stating Favre has much less then Romo, and is almost right up there with him in td's and yards. I just have to go with the proven guy here.....romo might be great in the next ten years, but for now I gotta go with the biggest heart to ever play in the nfl.....BRETT FAVRE

I AM A 40 YEAR COWBOY FAN, BUT I HAVE TO GIVE THIS ONE TO BRETT FAVRE. AT HIS AGE HE IS PUTTING UP BETTER NUMBERS THAN WHEN HE WAS MVP OF THE LEAGUE. THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT TONY IS DOING GREAT, BUT THE OLD MAN FROM GREENBAY TAKES THIS ONE.

Cowboys
- 21 Brett is better under pressure than Tony. So I feel it will come down to quaterback pressure, and who can handle it better. Both defenses are capable of getting to the quaterback and taking away extra second needed for the play. Favre has had his ups and downs making decisions on what to do while under pressure and being chased, but he has experienced this feeling hundreds of times in all the games he has played. Tony, being the lead leader in TD passes, has had some experience in being pressured, but not to the point of where Brett is at. In my opinion, it comes down to who can handle the pressure better..... Favre.. hands down...

lets face it fans MVP is for the player that is most responsable for his team winning and record overall. that would be brett favre. the only other team that can say that is the
colts
, and they still have more weapons then the
packers
. the only thing romo has proven is he can't hold for a kicker.

Both are having amazing seasons but in the end its who goes father this year and i think Romo will lead the
cowboys
father than farve will with the
packers
, romo has more weapons , he has TO and he will have better numbers at the end of the year so i say Romo.

Tony Romo has much more weapons to use than Favre. He has TWO reliable half backs and a great WR core. Terrel Owens, Jason Witten, Patrick Crayton, Sam Hurd, and Anthony Fasono. Not to metntion Terry Glenn has been out for the WHOLE season. The
cowboys
also have a better special teams and at times, much better defense.

i think romo, has been the main reason, for dallas sucess, because of his ability to make things happen in the pocket.i think favre at this point in his career,is over rated green bay has a lot of good young talent, that is why they are having a good year.

I can't really say Brett is better than Romo, but he is most improved, or he's finally got receivers that can catch ther ball. Brett always been great! A bad receiver can make a QB look bad.

brett favre waits til he gets to the playoffs before he will decide to choke like he has done the last few seasons while tony romo will not allow the same mistake that happened to them last year. The
cowboys
will prevail over the
packers
and go on to the superbowl go boys

Its really tough to say because they are both having great years. and they are both either #1 or #2 in almost all passing categories in the NFC. But Romo now has the edge is the most important category...WINS!!!
