He has plenty left. That whole OL was hurt causing Bulger and Jackson to get hurt because of poor blocking. Holty played on a bad knee all year...it was just a terrible season in STL...next year could ad should be a lot different. Not saying they will win 10 games but Jax should have a much better year.

I dont think i should respond to this of course he has something left he just started but you never know some players are to prone to injury but this guy looks like a tough player we'll see. Hopefully he doent turn into a ronnie brown.
2/26/2008 2:47 PM ET
yes he has something left his future is very bright even with a bad o-line he had some great runs after he came back and i mean great runs the guy was runing with an off the street o-line.
rams get jake long we back in the playoff picture
just look at the games since he came back you have no choice but to accept his skills
2/26/2008 3:33 PM ET
Yeah he has something left, if your in the NFL and get injured, and cant play again, then you shouldnt be in the NFL
2/26/2008 3:40 PM ET
he is only in his 4th year..so for us to be talking about this is scary..if they bring in an oline he will be fine
2/26/2008 5:18 PM ET
ya the guy is a beast there is no way he is done i give him about 4-5 years with the
rams but get a better oline and im saying lik 6-7
2/26/2008 6:30 PM ET
yea i think he has a lot left.he did good even with the injury.hes a beast, and i think its gonna be like that for awhile
2/26/2008 11:18 PM ET
he is young and he is a beast i saw him play in hs when i lived i vegas and u can tell he was going to be an all pro one day

I think he has a ton of gas left in the tank. He was just hampered by an injury prone season. He was injured early and instead of taking the smart road of just letting it heal and giving it time he was pushed back on the field to early. When you play injured you can't make the plays you usually do. I expect to see a healthy and dominant Jackson again. That is dependent on the OL, Bulger, and the OC being able to keep the defense honest and not stacking up against the run.

He played pretty well even when he wasn't fully recovered. After a whole off-season to regain his form, he should be back better than ever.
2/27/2008 2:58 PM ET
Bright future ahead, he just needs the ball in his hands...I think he's one of the better backs in the league...if he gets better blocking, could be a pro bowler on a consistent basis.
3/12/2008 10:42 AM ET
He is one of the best backs in the league when healthy he makes the
rams a pretty good he has all it takes to be the best back in the league the future is for this guy is limitless!!
3/12/2008 2:51 PM ET
he has still somethng left and he can be good RB
3/12/2008 11:00 PM ET
HE HAS ALOT LEFT HES GOING TO HAVE A GOOD CARRER BUT NOT WITH THE
RAMS
3/17/2008 1:21 PM ET
Yeah he is great. St. Louis needs work on there O-line this offseason
3/18/2008 2:15 AM ET
THIS IS REALLY A STUPID QUESTION I MEAN THE GUY GETZ HURT AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU QUESTION WHETHER OR NOT HE CAN HANDLE BEING A NUMBER ONE BACK I MEAN ARE YOU SERIOUS THAT IS SO DUMB STEPHEN JACKSON IS ONE OF THE BEST BACKS IN THE GAME RIGHT KNOW AND IF HE WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN HURT HE WAS ON PACE TO PROBALY BE A TOP FIVE RUSHER FOR THE YEAR SO OF COURSE HE HAS ENOUGH LEFT IN THE TANK
3/18/2008 9:11 PM ET
this should not even be a ?. he missed like 5 games and still had 1000 yards on the season. he had 1000 yards with probally the worst O-line in the league. the
rams were signing people off of the streets and started them the next week.so for him to have 1000 yards is incredible.
