AROD is worth every penny

Arod may be worth it, but there is a part of Arod I dislike, yes I will not argue that he is arguably the best player in baseball. But, thats where I think you are wrong, he may be the best player during the regular season, but a great player, a team player, is someone that is good all year round, but is also great in the playoffs. Arod is nothing in the playoffs. He may be worth every penny, but he has to step up when they need him the most.

No one said he was the best in baseball, just said he was worth the money. and yes, he doesn't perform as well in the postseason, however, the yankees don't perform during the regular season last couple years and he's carried them with his contributions

Lets not forget the yankees doing terrible in the beginning last year, until the attention turned to arod exceptional batting average and home run/rbi totals. the positive attention got the fans off ny's back, and pushed the team to start doing good....Worth every penny..

AROD is an athlete. He isn't that likable- so this is extreme. 300 million- CEO's don't get paid that kind of money and they actually work 24-7!

I dont know many CEO's who work 10 hours a week, let alone 24-7....
