Have an injury or a bye and need someone to pick up, here are the Top 5 pick ups for Week 5:

Rudi Johnson, RB, Lions

Kevin Smith is now gone as the starter. In comes Johnson. Rudi Johnson had over 100 total yards in week 3.

Deion Branch, WR, Seahawks

Matt Hasselback looks to get one of his starting receivers back in Week 5. Branch is ready to play. He may not start and will most likely come back slowly, but he will be a nice bye week pick up for weeks to come.

Steve Breaston, WR, Cardinals

With Boldin out,  Steve Breaston will get the starting nod. He had 9 catches for a big 122 yards in the shootout with New York last weekend and could be productive in the Cardinals' pass-first offense.

Lance Moore, WR, Saints and Robert Meacham, WR, Saints

With injuries to Marques Coltson and Jeremy Shockey, Drew Brees had found his new weapons. They combined for 3 touchdowns last week in a 33-19 win over San Francisco.

Mewedle Moore. RB, Steelers,

With Willie Parker sidelined for at least another week and the season ending injury to Rashard Mendenhall on Monday Night, the Steelers turn thier running game over to Moore. They need Moore to take some of the load off Big Ben, who has spent most of the time on his back side this season.

johnson wont be able to run on the bears branch might not be good in his first game back and the guy throwing to him (hasselback) has been shaky so far this year breaston might be a good pick up but i would get fitzgerald before him and mewelde moore wont see the bulk of the carries now that they picked up najeh davenport (woman beater/child abuser) again the best pick here would be lance moore i think since brees is missing his number one wideout colston.

I think out of these pickups Rudi Johnson may be the best one for the long term, not this week because of Chicago. If Bobby Engram is out there he may be a better pickup then Deion Branch, and Hasselback will be fine he has played so far against a tough schedule and without 2 of his best receivers. Plus he lost Darrel Jackson over the offseason to Denver.
