SCORING AND RULES
The person with the highest number of points at the end of the tournament wins.
Points are awarded for correctly picking the winner of a game. Favorite and underdog points are determined by seeds. The favorite is a team with a better seed (lower number) than their opponent, the underdog. You will receive more points for correctly picking an underdog to win than you will receive by correctly picking the favorite.

** If two teams are the same seed, the Favorite points will be awarded for the winner of the game.
Each registered member of Free The Fan may enter one (1) bracket into the Tournament. Brackets may be filled out and completed anytime between the tournament selections on Monday March 16th at 10am ET to the start of the first round on Thursday March 19th at 12pm Noon ET. No changes or completions of brackets will be accepted after 12pm ET on March 19th, 2008. One (1) Grand Prize (Flat Screen HDTV - $1000 ARV) will be given to one (1) person with the highest number of points at the end of the tournament. One (1) Second place prize ($150 Gift Card Overstock.com - $150 ARV) will be given to one (1) person with second highest number of points at the end of the tournament. One (1) Third place prize ($100 Gift Card Overstock.com - $100 ARV) will be given to one (1) person with third highest number of points at the end of the tournament. If two or more people are tied at either first, second or third place, the tie-breaker will consist of predicting the final score of the championship game. The user closest to the final score of the game will be determined the winner. Winners will be announced via email and prizes will be granted based upon eligibility (including Age and US Residency) within 90 days.
